All you will need to do to clone your website is simply open your favorite FTP program and connect to your server.

Once you do that you will find your public html and open it.

Then you will want to simply copy the the wptwin.php into that folder.

Now go back to your browser and type www.YOURDOMAIN.com/wptwin.php — Nothing to it!

You will then see this page:

Once you click on that button, it will copy your website in only a few seconds!

The only thing that is not cloned is your site name and description which you can change when you install your blog from Fantastico — VERY Easy to Do.

But once you have your site cloned you will need to go to where you want to copy your site to. Let’s say you are going to move it to a new domain. You will install a blog on that domain from Fantastico.This will be your standard wordpress blog.

Then you will upload 2 things to your site using your ftp program. Simply go to where WordPress is installed and upload your clone file that you have from the site you cloned and upload a file named “wptwindeploy.php”

Once they have finished uploading, you will go to your browser and type “www.YOURDOMAIN.com/wptwindeploy.php”
